“We’re all going to have to change how we think about data protection.”

What we do...
Our services can be tailored to fit the exact needs of your school. Through visits we can assess the weaknesses and strengths in your current data collection and retention practices and help guide your school through GDPR compliance.
Our comprehensive service would include:
A member of the team will be the designated DPO for your school.
Three termly visits.
These can arranged at the convenience of the school and additional visits can be arranged if required.
Reports that audit GDPR compliance and give feedback on how practices can be improved.
These reports will be comprehensive and can make a helpful resource to share with governors.
A training session for staff/governors and other interested parties about the GDPR implications and how to best manage data.
This training could be a Twilight session, part of a staff meeting, or part of an INSET day.
Regular updates to changes with data protection regulation and best practice
The price of the comprehensive service is dependent on the size of your school.
The changes to data protection regulation are extensive and wide ranging. We can coordinate with the school’s data controller and can advise and assist on the changes to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability and privacy. The penalties for serious failures to comply with GDPR can be in excess of €20 Million.
